Clemens has an interdisciplinary background in technology, policy, and management from TU Delft. Here he learned to manage complex systems engineering and applies a helicopter view on problems related to inhabitants, policy makers, and engineers. He likes to face urban challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset. Therefore, he leads and coordinates projects from nature not losing his creativity.
